Give to Cornell Ministries as unto Him

"So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity (don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure); for God loves a cheerful giver." - II Corinthians 9:7  - We really give as unto Him, as instructed in His Word - from our hearts - in response to what He has given to us. When our kiddos were little they had received a little love offering from a church we had recently ministered with. Samuel ministered in music and Sydney ministered in the gift of helps. As I came to give them the offerings, the Lord spoke to my heart and said, "Tell them to close their eyes and hold out their hands." I did. I put the gift in their hands and their natural inclination was to close their little fingers around the gift just placed in their palms. He then said, "Tell them to keep their hands open; so I can keep putting what I want to put into their hands."  I explained to them, as He was showing me, that everything we receive is from Him, and in order to continue receiving we must keep our hearts and our hands open. We ask Him where He wants us to put what He has placed in our hands - and trust Him to show us where that is. He pours in and pours out through us. We trust, and by faith act, and He continues to pour in more. We give out of gratitude and love based on our knowledge of what He has done for us! You can give your gift safely and securely online - this is one of the easiest ways to give to Cornell Ministries. For the furtherance of the Gospel. To minister to those who are lost, hurting and in need of Christ.

Covenant Church Expansion Fund:

A big THANK YOU to all who have given. God has used you to help us purchase our own building.

Covenant Church in Murfreesboro, TN is growing!!  Our present location has become too small for expansion. We need more space for a bigger sanctuary, children's church, Sunday school rooms, nursery, and fellowship hall.  ON OCT. 28 WE CLOSED ON THE NEW CHURCH BUILDING. We will not move in until the end of February. '25 at the latest. God USED YOU TO HELP US. Nothing is too big for God!  Jesus is being glorified and lives are being changed.

WE ARE STARTING AN EXPANSION FUND. We will need to do some maintenance on the building and grounds. We need new livestream equipment. Our goal is not a bigger building.  Our goal is to have a facility that can fit what God is doing at Covenant Church.  Will you join with us in prayerful and financial support?
